Edelmann-Rust Duo

Rebecca Rust studied in the U.S. and Germany, including in master classes with Mstislav Rostropovich, under whose baton she performed the Eduard Lalo cello concerto with the Basel Symphony Orchestra. She has recorded over a dozen albums. Friedrich Edelmann is the former solo bassoonist in the Munich Philharmonic and has written a memoir about Sergiu Celibidache, one of its chief conductors. The duo is based in Germany, and continue to present concerts and events in Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
